Subduction–Accretion History of the Paleo-Pacific Plate Beneath the Eurasian Continent: Evidence from the Tongjiang Accretionary Complex, NE China

Detrital zircons in the matrix of an accretionary complex play important role providing evidence to reconstruct oceanic plate subduction and accretion processes. The Nadanhada (NAC) dominated by Yuejinshan, Raohe Tongjiang complexes provides significant geological better understand Paleo-Pacific subduction–accretion process. Most previous studies have focused on Yuejinshan complexes, while those north side blocks. In this study, we present zircon U–Pb dating Hf isotopic data for metasedimentary rock complex. analysis results show that fine silty mudstone, phyllonite argillaceous siltstone define youngest weighted mean ages (youngest detrital ages) 261.4 ± 2.9 Ma (247 Ma), 175.2 4.9 (169 Ma) 168.6 2.1 (162 respectively, yield a younging trend materials from west east. Provenance indicates was mainly sourced neighboring Jiamusi Xingkai Based Permian Late Triassic blocks region, Early Jurassic Early–Middle as well lower limit depositional age region Middle Cretaceous matrices propose NAC may record Permian–Triassic, events, representing westward process Paleo–Pacific Ocean Plate.
